I called Modernized Exteriors, for a build bid on my new deck project, and they answered right away. Cameron came over with good ideas and pictures of decks that they already built. I told him I was considering Trex composite decking, because I wanted really low maintenance. He recommended Trex Transcend and I went with the Tiki Torch color. I accepted his bid on the spot. It took a while to get scheduled since it was the end of July. His crew is excellent and the finish project blew me away. It was so nice to have a project that came together so well in the end. Cameron came by the next day to make sure I was satisfied and to make sure the crew had cleaned up the work site. A job well done.
